5 Days easy Return/Exchange
We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept the return&exchange within 5 days of receipt. Please make sure items in new condition. Calculate the date from the day logistics tracking shows delivery completion. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
1.For returns/exchanges, please contact us at service@nowtoto.com within 5 days of receiving the package.
2.Your return must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt of the item.
3.Secondary returns are not accepted
4.Returns/Exchanges of Goods We Accept: Goods arrive with quality problems. Due to subjective factors such as not liking the arrival of the product, buying too much, or buying the wrong one, we can also refuse to request a return for a refund.
5.We do not accept returns/exchanges for items: swimwear, bodysuits, underwear and pajamas, earrings and accessories that come in direct contact with the skin.
6.Shipping and coupon discounts on the original order are non-refundable.
7.Shipping fee will not be refunded
Return & Exchange Precautions
1.Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
2.Please do not return to the address on the package. The correct return address is subject to the customer service notification.
3.Return shipping is borne by the customer
The final package shows that it has been signed but the customer feedback has not been received. Nowtoto is happy to verify the delivery status of the 4.package for you, but is not responsible for the loss of such packages. You can contact the final shipping company to make a claim.
5.For the returns, No signature required! Please do not add signature service otherwise we are highly likely not to receive it and this will delay your refund progress.
How to return the order
1. Contact service@nowtoto.com for return.
2. Our customer service will communicate with you in time within three business days, and approve your application. Please pay attention to the reply we sent every time.
3.Packaged goods that need to be returned can be sent back by any shipping company, but it is recommended that you use the post office to send back to avoid tax.
4. Pack the items you want to return, and ship them back by any shipping company available, Post Office is recommended to avoid tax.
5. Most importantly, please send us your return tracking number and shipping carrier by email. (Without this information, we will not be able to exchange/refund you)
6. Once we have received the returned item(s), our customer service will apply the refund in 5 business days .If the refund is successful, the refund will be returned to your original payment path. (No return received, no refund, please be patient.)
7. The time it takes for the refund to arrive depends on the payment method you used. About 1-5 business days (usually within 48 hours)
Note:
1. Nowtoto is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in return transit. You can contact shipping company for a claim.
2. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Nowtoto products. We can’t refund until you contact shipping company to return to correct address or return correct products.
How to exchange the order?
Contact service@nowtoto.com, the customer service will communicate with you according to your order situation. Please pay attention to the responses we send each time.
Can I have a full refund for the return?
We will provide a full refund for any product that is clearly defective or damaged through our fault.
Other items that need to be returned for a refund,The original shipping fee are non-refundable. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We will not charge any restocking fee for return.
Can I apply for refund if the products damaged by shipping?
Yes, you can contact our customer service with pictures showing damage detail. Confirm shipping damage and we'll refund you.
